Hi,

This might be a repost, but I was wondering how could I fix the following problem:

I am using XP and every time I use X-OOM it says "unable to load the burn engine, you may have some new hardware installed in your machine, you will need to restart the program".

By this point the CD and DVD drives are not listed and need to be reinstalled via the device manager.

Please help.
