How do I load HDLD_SVR.ELF on the Playstation 2 console?

is "HDLD_SVR.ELF" the same as HDLoader? or is it some server type that has diferent functions?

Nevermind, I don't need HDLD_SVR.ELF. I'm using HDL_Dump and it's working like a charm.
