at first i heard gta sa was gonna be on dual layer dvd but now there saying its single layer is this true? if so i hope hd loader and advance will work

It IS a DVD-5, so you can just upload it straight from the PS2 to your HDD using HDAdvance/HDLoader. Enjoy.
