How can you transfer files from PC to PS 2 HD???

Help! Ok, I'm new to this. My question is how can I send the (bin, or iso or whatever I need to play a game) from my pc to the ps 2 hd. Please include all the steps including any and all software needed as I'm a noob and will get lost easily. I have the following:
PS 2
HD Advance v 1.0
180 gig Maxtor HD
PS 2 Network adapter

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
