I have several games backed up on my pc, and wanted to start burning.
-My first question is which media do I use? Is there a website that tells me if its dvd or cdr. I realize you can check the color. What other way can u tell if you don't have the disk.

-What modchip should I get. I am looking at dms4 or matrix infinity?

-I have dvd decrypter, alcohol, and nero. So which is most reliable?

Thanks for the help in advance..

dvd decrypter in mode>iso>write works well for burning ps2 games but any of the three softwares you mention should work fine, now if the image file is over 1gb then should be dvd based if its under 650mb then cd based, if its between 650mb and 1gb then you could have a small dvd based game or a dvd rip that need to be burnt to cdr, try checking out a cover site as the orignal format of the game is on the back of the cover it will say either cd or dvd rom
