No Joliet Name? Nero Burning ROM

Hi, I wish to back up various files to dvd due to the fact I need to reinstall my whole system unfortunately. I am trying to use Nero to back up my files but it will not allow due to 'No Joliet name'. Any ideas?

OK try this, open up Nero burning ROM, go into file/preferences/general/& uncheck the box that says "check joliet file names before burning". Not sure if this will help, as I am not really familiar with Nero. Hope this helps!!
