I have a PAL modchipped xbox but I have a lot of NTSC games, the majority of my import games work perfectly but I am having problems with some games during fmv sequences. So far the problem games are:
Metal Gear Solid 2
Silent Hill 4
Bloodrayne 1,2
And now Otogi 2

The movies in the games will keep stuttering and delay so that the sound will play a few seconds in front of the video through the whole sequence.
I have updated my bios multiple times, ran the games off the hdd and tried a few of my friends xbox's, all with different chips, but nothing affects the playback quality.

Does anyone know why this is happening?
