Is there a software that can help me get better download results when using a program to download movies or music. hope whoever reads this can help me out

well whenever it will come to faster downloading mostly u are limited by not how fast you can download but how fast the source can upload. and specialy when it comes to the movie downloading, i am srry to say that man you are stuck with it. In any case no matter what some one else say that they can do get it faster is B S. just think about it. if the fastest u can download is 1 meg and the fastest upload speed of the resource is 0.5 meg. then no matter what u do u wont be able to get a 1 meg of download and u are stuck with 0.5 meg.
