games like shadow hearts covenant and star ocean 3, will they work with swap magic when its time to use disc 2?

i haven't got to disc 2 on star ocean yet, but i believe that you save your game before it asks you for the 2nd disc. You then just restart the ps2 and load the second disc.

You would have to have the original discs to get passed the disc change.
