using swap magic 2 getting black and white???

I am playing a original ps2 game (the game is PAL), on a NTSC playstation. I am using the swap magic 2 to convert. However, i am getting the screen in black and white and it moves up and down. Can someone please tell me what to do to get it o work. Thanks.

do you have swapmagic 3 cd if you do try this:- boot your swapmagic 3 cd and select ntsc as video mode, press eject and swap for swapmagic dvd, wait for it to finish refreshing the toc then swap for backup by flip/slide, press x
