Hi All,

Verbatim 100pk for $50.99 at Newegg. About two weeks ago I paid $30 for 50 +Rs at Sams. This is a pritty good deal eh?

I'm not clear if those Verbatims are + or -R discs ... at the top it says -R but if you read on they say compatible with Sony +R ? ? ? 

... If +R is your thing, you could get yourself 100 Taiyo Yuden +R discs with jewel cases for $55 ...

I've had such good luck with the MCC disc Im afraid to change. However, I do admit that I have never used a DVD-R. Untill recently I could only use +R and have never had a problem.

interesting Saw your post on the verbatims @ newegg Might try them . Question Am I to understand that the verbatims you bought from NEWEGG code as MCC ? also the ones from sams ? Also it is somewhat unclear were the verbatims you bought @ newegg dvd-R or dvd +R ? also if I am not beiing to nosey what is the difference between these verbatims & the datalife plus verbatims ?Anyone! thanx 4 noticing me

were I to venture a guess I would say that the newegg sale on verbatims is probably a misprint in the advertisement -to wit the proofreader has fallen asleep! but then one could email or call newegg to be sure !; live long and prosper - Spock: (I feel good )- james brown) peace-bigtoxy69

I've not bought the ones from newegg as of yet. However the ones I have been getting from sams club have all been coded MMC. And I have never burned a coster with these discs.
