Playing my 2 DVD's I backedup

Ok I have cd's that I play on my dvd player using DVD Srink to burn them.The Movies I backed up were "The Bourne Identity" and "The Day After Tommorow" At usally the Same parts usally when I play them they either Skip or they Freeze and comes up with an error in my dvd player.I'm using Maxell DVD+R cd's to burn them. Any1 know what's going on here?

mark78-does your dvd player support dvd+r disk.
most dvd players out there today support the dvd-r
disk and not the dvd+r disks.i had that problem
with my movies freezing and i found out that my
cheap cyberhome dvd player didnt support dvd-r and
dvd+r disks.so i bought a sony dvd player model
ns575p that supports both dvd-r/dvd+r disks and i
havent had any problems with my burnt movies yet.
they play smooth all the way through and im using
fujifilm 8x dvd-r/dvd+r disks.i have also used
the maxell dvd-r 4x disks with no problems.both
my dvd player and dvd burner supports dvd-r/dvd+r
dvd-rw/dvd+rw disks.check to make sure that your
dvd player supports the dvd+r disks first.
