Like hi,
I don't post much on this forum but I love this forum(I read alot in here)

Ok now to buisnes:

I have visit alot of the sites for roming ps2 games, they told me alot but not enoug. 1 Says that, the other something else and so on...

Wel my question is how to make a rom[ playing PS2 games on your PC (emulator)]
Please help me!
For an example take GTA: SA that's the only game that I can borrow from 6 friends. (lol)

ZxZWA nephilim wasn't warning you, the warning was for hbkhhh69, now to your problem, i think your biggest problem will be finding a ps2 emulator that is capable of playing the game correctly as the last time i checked them out they still only had limited support for certain games
