dvd player won't play the disc

I have tried DVD-R and DVD+RW with two DVD player which suppose be able to play DVDR and DVDRW disc. But they played perfect on any PC or laptop.

On the samsung player, I see a dialogue box saying "root menu" and I can open the root menu and find some video and audio folder. But can't play.

On a LG, it simply say" Can't play disc"

I back up the movie to HDD using shrink then write to DVDR/RW with Cyberlink software. Please help.

Well first change ur dvd disk u use if u don't use ritek then try using nero6- or stomp to burn ur dvd this mite work .:)

do you have all the plugins for Nero vision express. and i hope that u r using rw dvd's . i learnt that the hard way :).
