what is the best NTSC dvd size to convert a video to without any loss of picture?

NTCD DVD is 720X480, at 29.97 fps. The audio is 48Khz. You want to convert a DVD to video, or vice versa??

For the best quality mp3s use EAC (exact audio copy) to rip your audio CDs and LAME to encode them. Follow this guide:
