Can anyone help me with copying the dvd x copy platinum software itself to a cd-r? Is it possible to make a copy of the software and if so how can I do it. Will it be a perfectly working copy of the software?
I have a friend who has this software and I wanted to have one for myself without spending too much money and she agreed to make a copy ;but does not know how to do it!!
PLEASE HELP

You could always try just making a straight copy with Nero but I believe the activation method allows for the software to be on just one PC at a time (if you can get it activated).

XCopy is really a piss poor piece of software relative to what else is availble. DVD Shrink and DVD Decrypter are both free and much better than XCopy in most every respect :)
