Hello there!
My friend has a problem with mobilePhoneTools 3.11 and her motorola c975 - when she plugs the telephone in and launches the the MPT it sees the telephone, but there is nothing she can do further. There's a panel shaped like telephone and there constantly appears 'initializing...' on it. The main idea is to launch the multimedia centre to personalize ringtones. Can anybody help?

Conecte mi v400 usando MPT, pero cuando abro el multimedia center en MPT, no me sale ningun folder del celular, que esta pasando y como puedo solucionarlo, please ayudenme....

Hey Mossyy I need your help with this one!
I have MPT 3.11h
I do a live update and it tells me I need four updates
2.21 - 2.21e
2.21e - 2.21f
2.21f - 3.11
3.11 - 3.19
I can't just select 3.11 - 3.19, I have to select all four.
I d/l all the updates, click install and see a "copying files" message.
I restart MPT, check the version level, and its still 3.11h.
If I do a live update again it repeats the above.
How to I upgrade to 3.19 and why does live update tell me I need the updates below 3.11? I'm trying to get MPT to detetect my Moto V551.
Thanks for any help you can provide.

i have a v220 and am running the mobile phone v.2 and it doesnt support v220 phones. i was using it b4 i just told the program i had a different phone and it worked but i cant rememeber wat phone i picked. i just want to use it to get my pics off the phone. what phone should i tell the program im using that will read my pics.

Hi
I have the latest downloaded version 3.20 but it is the new purchase version that covers the C650!
If you cannot find the C650 Skin and Ini Files in the programme you have then you will not be able to upload pix/data to your computer!

Hi there everyone - had a look through the thread, but couldn't find anything about the E1000 phone. Sorry if someone's posted the answer to this already, and I've missed it.
Does anyone know whether there's another program which will run the E1000? Don't feel like paying $60 for MPT v3.20, which is apparently the earliest version that works, and I've tried MOBILEdit, but it doesn't seem to have the compatability for the E1000.

Hi
I am having mobile phone tool ver 3.11h. but live update doesn't seem to work. Menu-->setup-->live update.. and it just sits idle... no error message.. Nothing at all.. Can anybody get me version 3.19e please :)

hello
i cant use MFT 3.11h , infact the older 2.21a also did not work for more than 5 or 6 days.
and if it remains idle for 2 hours, I have to reintall the driver .the application hangs. I have to use Ctrl+Alt+Del for stopping the application and restarting the compputer.Then it refuses to recognise the
fone.
what might be the prob??

I have tried all the links for MPT v3.11 and none of them work... They all come back as adds for search engines. Does any have a workin link, or a website I can go to to get the program?

You can check out http://www.inetron.com there are alot of files for moto phones there. Though it is geared mostly toward the V710, there are alot of the files you are talking about. Also wallpapers and mp3 ringers
Register for free and the click on the V710 link. The moto downloads have a link on the V710 page "V710 Downloads"

hello. Im new here and i've been listening er rather, reading everyone talking about the 3.11 upgrade for the MPT's and i'm wondering why no one is mentioning the 3.25b upgrade? I personally cant tell you anything about it except that using a dial up service, i've been downloading this thing for a while now.

Hi all,
I had downloaded MPT 3.11 and installed it to use on my RAZR V3. After I set it up it goes through the whole initializing thing and just hangs there. My ques is do i need the older versions first, is there something im not doing or is it just incompatible with my phone. Also I am using the USB cable, not the one from motorola but one from my MD player, so im wondering if that can be an issue also.

does anyone have a working link to the phonetools download, tried all that I have found here and they all come up with page not found or some other error, very frustrating.
I have a motorola v3 which I want to unlock, any advice much appreciated.

You will need to download the earlier versions, for it to work properly.
And if you put the sound on on your computer, if you hear a beep when you connect the cable, it means that it has communication.
I use one from a digital camera.

I have a V-3 Razor and i'm using MPT's 3.25b. I connect through a usb cable. Sometimes if the program hangs you have to disconnect the usb cable from your phone , then reconnect it while the program is running. It IS recommended you precede the lastest phone tools version with the first 2 versions. Except for the multimedia section, i find the rest boring. I thought you were going to be able to unlock phones with this software and do other things like remove logos, unwanted pictures and tones put in the phone by the carrier but it doesn't do any of that.If thats all i wanted to use it for i would have stayed with Data Pilot, a program that does all that MPT does and you can construct your own ring tones too.

Have successfully installed, updated, and configured MPT 3.25b for use with my V300. I can see contacts, calendar, and evean dial from MPT...but can not see pictures on my phone. When in Mobile Explorer, trying to see pictures to download to computer, there is nothing displayed on the Mobile Phone side (there are pictures on the phone!)...and the transfer icons, to/from computer/phone, are grayed out (inactive). Anyone have a suggestion as to why I can;t see and transfer pictures?

quite simply you cannot upload pix from your V300 because there is not a Skin or Ini for V300 in the version 3.25 version and that I believe is the latest....
