if the loading screen of GTA sa hangs in 1/3 of the bar length is it becoz of the lens or wat ??

it is a posibility but it could also be caused by a bad burn, cheap media, high burn speed, dirt/finger print on disc etc. some more info my help e.g. brand of media, burn speed, burning software, boot method, etc

well it sclean cuz i got thes result in the first trial, and i tried two more dvd's with the same result, thedvd price is less than 2 $, any body has this problem??
