GTA San Andreas Help!!!

Ive tried multiple ways of backing this game up, Ive used Nero, DVD Dycrpter, and Alcohol 120%. So far 120 is the only one that burnt a decent copy. The only problem I have is that GTA is slow when loading (anything from cutscenes to just plain slow when i first start up the game) Ive tried different types of media, tried burning at slower speeds. In my playstation I sped up the drive to "Fast" from "Standard". So I guess my question is has anyone found a way around this problem of slow loading?

I have a Lite On SOHW-1633S Running on a Athlon 2000+ 768 MB Ram if this makes any difference.

Yeah mcnoodles right, the loading in that game is atrocious especially in game. The scenery and stuff dissapears sometimes >.< awesome game though X|
