I have heard some people say ritek media is the best other say taiyo yuden. if i bcakup ps2 games wich one is better? ande also for movies wich one is better? if posible where can ai find the best offer of the best brand right now?

For the cost and quality difference, I would definitely say go with Ritek Branded Ridata media, I have been using RITEKG04 DVD-R 4x for a long time now and would never look back, it is superb media, never have burn issues!

I have another question for ps2 games should i use dvd-r or dvd+r? and for movies wich one is btter suited for me?

I almost always use DVD-R, but I found that GTA San Andreas would only work with a DVD+R (for me). I guess sometimes it just depends on the game.
