Streambox 10060 Error

Hi Guys,
When I try to run Streambox for the first time I get an error 10060 Connection timed out and cant connect.
Anyone got any ideas
Am using a 2MB ADSL connection.

The error is just as it says. What ever you are trying to connect to is not working and timing out.

More information is needed.
The URL you are using in StreamBox VCR. A link to a page and what you are trying to record.
