Whats the better media for copying ps2 games is it the ritek g04 or g05 and why. Thnx

Go4 is better because ps2s seem to not like 8x (Go5) media very much

GO4 (avoid Datawrite yellow discs though)

Arita, rivision, ridata, ridisc all work fine and the higher grade A GO4 Riteks too

I have to disagree with the others here, i know from experience which discs run smoothest.

I must have burned around 40 games with Ritek GO4 Discs and most games were fine but there were a few like Tiger Woods 2005 & Star Wars Battlefront that skipped a heck of a lot.

Using the GO5 discs and burning at 1X speed using DVD Decrypter i've not had any trouble either copying a game or with skipping errors & the best example is GTA San Andreas which some people have had a few problems with.

But always use -R discs and Avoid Yellow Datawrites

I've used G05 at 1x decrypter but it's slow(SA). I'm gonna try another media. My recomendation is not to use G05.
