I was wondering if anyone out there could help me...I can not even get DVD shrink downloaded...it brings up an imaging icon which says the document's format is invalid or not supported. Does anyone know what that means and how I can fix it???

Thank you for trying to help Cynthia but I don't even have shrink downloaded. What it does is opens up a Kodak imaging folder and then says that the documents format is invalid or not supported. I downloaded decrypter just fine, but shrink won't work for me. I have tried downloading it about ten times and the same icon pops up??? Any other ideas????

Sound as the file association for ZIP is not right. Try to download the file to your hard disk and then right clic on the downloaded file and select "open with" and there choose your unzip program (winzip or similar).
