I have a dvd burner that i bought in best buy. when iu installed it it labled it generic dvd drive. when i try to use alcohol 120% to copy games it says not correct format or improper format. can anybody tell me why this is happining, is it because my dvd is generic? I have dvd x copy plat. and it burns dvd's perfect. but i just can't burn pc games. help please...
