burning cdr backups to dvdr blank

burning cdr backups ntsc to pal dvdr

burning dvdr backups ntsc to dvdr pal

help would be greatful

tutorials would help aswell

running windows xp - pioneer 105 - nero - record now max version 7

cdr back ups to dvdr are so hard becuz u have to use a hex editor and edit every part of it and its really hard.
