i play my xbox on a 56" RCA piece-o-crap, and the controls for the tv are busted. no brightness, color, contrast adjustment, nothing. the tv is kind of dark and most xbox games have a built in gamma/brightness adjustment through their menu. guess what new game came out with all the sweet features except for the above mentioned? Halo 2. it's so dark, i can't see what's going on. any ideas on adjusting the brightness settings would be appreciated. i'm not buying a new tv.

I never heard of anything about adjusting internally the brigthness and contrast but check out xbox-scene maybe you'll be lucky enough to find something.
