back up ps2 games NEED HELP!

i did every thing i was suppose to do i used dvd decrypter and use swap magic 2.0 dvd version i did the ISO thing on dvd decrypter put read copied to hdd and then put 1x speed and copied it to a verbatim dvd+r.put it in my ps2 used the swap card and the border always turn red. i did everything everthing told me to...PLEASE HELP

anygame i can, i just try some of my old games and see if it works when i burn them; like tony hawk underground,vice city, GTA 3.

do i need a dvd-r or is it what type of ps2 i have; im not sure what kind i have either but when i bought swap magic they said it works with all types of ps2's

if your ps2 is older, you may need -r. Will it read +r movies?

Perhaps its the SM disc your using?
Are you using your DVD SM disc for your DVD games, and NOT your CD SwapMagic disc.

yeah im positve im using the dvd version for my dvd disks but i always get that same red border

okay i found out i have a v4 ps2; do i need to use dvd-r and if so which brand of dvd-r should i use

Make sure after you copy the game to your hard drive you transfer the MDS FILE, and not the ISO FILE. Thats the problem I had... Hope it works.
