I was burning fine with DVD X Copy until I installed Microsoft Service Pack 2 on my HP. Now my program won't allow the burner drive to recognize the blank media disk when I go to burn. Any ideas?

Try uninstalling XCopy then reinstalling it.

If that doesn't work, scoot yourself over here -
