i have tried burning over 10 .iso ps2 games. there has always been some error on the game when i come to play it on my ps2 (which is moded and from asia) i have had one success which was a 2gb .gi image file. i have a philips dvdrw885k and i am using philips 4.7gb media. i can only burn the games at 2.4x , 4x and 8x speed. i dont know if it the dvd cds im using or wat this need to end can someone help please.

If the discs you are using are 8x try gettig some
dvd-r 4x these normally work better.
Ps2s dont really like 8x media

Dell 4600. Pentium 4 2.8Ghz
Ps2 with slide card + swap magic.

so should i try media that is JUST 4x speed. is that wat u mean.

if i make my own backup of a ps2 game they work fine on an 8x speed disc but when i download one which is larger than 2gb then i have error on them. can u please explain.

Yeah. I'm not sure about the downloaded game issue there probably bad rips.
