How to burn using Nero 6.6?

I'm not a dummy, really, but I've read the Guides on here and it just doesn't work the same. I have the Nero 6.6, which is the Guide I found to follow on here. I pull it up and get a menu that looks NOTHING like what the Guide shows.

This is the link I found to show how to burn a DVD that I encoded using DVD Shrink. Well, I have that part done, but now, I want to burn the movie on to a DVD.

Is there a guide that shows what to use when you pull up that big Nero menu? I swear, something so easy shouldn't be so hard.
