NeroVision 3 video capture problems

I recently upgraded from Nero 6 OEM to Nero 6.6, which includes NeroVision 3. When I capture video from my TV tuner card in DVD fomat (MPEG2), only the first capture works. Each additional capture is a blank green screen. If I capture in AVI format, everything works fine. When capturing directly to DVD-VR, I only get the blank screen. Thinking this was because I needed the MPEG2 encoder, I purchased the upgrade serial number from Nero's website. Their site states that the encoder is included with the retail and web versions, but not the OEM.
Since entering the serial number, I still have this problem. Can anyone please confirm whether this is a serial number issue or a software issue.
