Hi - im a newbie - can i make more than one copy using shrink - The way i am set up Shrink prompts me to load a blank disk when encoding is done - no going into NERO ( actually cant get that to work)- i burn the disk - if i want another copy of the same movie I have to go thru the total process including encoding etc.
Thanks...

If you are using Decrypter to burn, which is sounds like you are, all you have to do is open Decrypter, press W to put it into write mode, and then find the file on your hard drive (shrink ususally stores it right in C: with some version of the title). When it's ready the green arrow on the bottom will be activated. Push and burn. HTH.

actually its using Nero to burn (I assume) but i don't have to open Nero to do it - Shrink prompts me to put in a disc - I do that and it burns - the question is can I burn more than 1 copy using that method - I cant find and settings for that - fyi i'm using Shrink 3.1

You can use the copy disc feature in Nero to copy a copy or a dvd with no css encryption.

I write mine to the hard drive when I have to make more than 1 copy. That way, I can choose burn same project with Nero for as many discs as I need.

You can use Nero or DVD Decrytper or CopyToDVD to burn an ISO file.

I am stuck I have tried several different ways to save to hard drive and back up later. I don't mean to drive you guys insane. I have saved in hard disk folder I have saved as an Iso but will not burn a playable dvd. I have followed the directions the best I can. I am using the newest trail version of Nero I have opened it up in Nero burning rom I have tried doing it from decrypter in the write section with no luck. I think that I am close but no cigar. Thanks in advance for your help. Let me know if you need in more details.

I just formated my computer and re-installed DVD Decrypter and shrink, when i burn dvd b4 i formatted, it left a nice little iso file in my hard drive, but now it just leaves a yellow file folder, does anyone know how to get it to prouduce the iso file insted of the yellow one?

Ok do this neon
Open up DVD Decrypter - and under "Mode", select "ISO" then "Write" - under "Source" you may leave that blank as DVD Decrypter will find the location that DVD Shrink put your ISO image in all by itself. Select your "Destination" as your Burner - and make sure that the box that says "Verify" is un-ticked. You can close Decrypter now and do everything as normal.
Now when you hit Back-up you should be selecting burn with "ISO image file and burn with Decrypter" under destination.

You need to set Decrypter up as I stated in earlier post! :-)
Also in Decrypter go to "Tools" and then "Settings" and under the "ISO Write Mode" Tab make sure there is no tick on "Check delete the image when done"
You just need to make sure your settings are right in Decrypter and when you hit "Backup" in Shrink you are picking the appropriate back up target.
Hope this helps :-)

That was older version of Shrink now when you hit back up it gives you the option to select back up target just choose "ISO image file and Burn with Decrypter"
Good Luck :-)
