I NEED HELP my burner worked perfectly well before i reformatted my harddrive before it was xp and it worked and now xp again but now it doesnt work there is no driver for this burner only came with nero when i try to burn using nero and updated versions it will burn and then say error with win32 check utilities and i dont understand why and now it doesnt say error it just shuts down my computer so i reformmated my harddrive and its doing it again i checked all the wires to the cd-r everything is in right i built 3 computers before im pretty sure i know i really need help someone please help me.
