Hi people.

I burned down Pro Evolution Soccer 4 on DVD.
It was a release from ANOPIA.

I use swapmagic CD 3.0, swaps to swapmagic DVD,
and then specialswap to my PES4-dvd.

Everything works well, I am in the game,
got color and all..

I can go into menus and so, and I can
start a game.. but IN THE SAME MOMENT as I
do the opening kickoff.. then it will freeze
the picture, but the sound from the spectators
are still there.. but the game is freezed.

How come ? is Anopia a bad rip ?

I have burned the DVD on a Ritek DVD-r with the use of DVDdecrypter, and I burned at 1x as usual.

Anyone else had this problem with PES4, or a similar problem ?
-are there any solution to this ? what is wrong ?

Thanks for a quick reply !

Have u searched for problems like this on google.nl? It seems that dvd-decrypter doesn't always make a 1:1 kopie: It generally does, but sometimes cant so cant alcol and other burningprograms because ps2 has some EXTRA information on the disc called discID(I've seen topic about this somewhere here... search for it) ... this should be 'cracked'. Maybe it has something to do with it... Maybe not... The way you're burning is ok so...

yow. how's life?

yeah... I was googling around first.. but couldnt find any leads on what my problem is.. I guess there are others who has this ANOPIA release.. and has it fully working... but I cant believe it is either Ritek od DVDdecrypter that makes this into a failure.

VERY STRANGE!

since the problem with my DVD-backup of pes4 I decided
to download another version of the PES4.

I found a DVDRip this time.
I use swapmagic 3.0 cd, changes to the Breaker Pro, and then do the special-swap to my DVDrip CD.

But what happens here is exactly the same as in the DVDbackup. It freezes at kickoff..

How is this really possible ?
how can I be the one with all bad luck ?

the DVDbackup was done at work,
the DVDrip was burned at home..

I guess there is a ps2-error perhaps ?
though I can start up other DVDbackups and rips
without these troubles...

What can possibly be wrong ?

don't own this game myself so this is a pure guess but pro evolution 2 required the use of cd loader to work so it might be worth giving cd/dvd loader a try using the beta3 splinter cell and 5v3 no pn options
