burning slideshow problem with nero 6 ultra

We have nero 6 ultra edition, and my wife is trying to burn a slideshow she has created. The slideshow runs on the conputer, pictures and music run fine, but when she tries to burn it she gets a message that hard disc does not have room for temporary files, at end of that message it also says "internal error 1002". Can anyone possible tell me if we are doing something wrong, or if there might be a problem with the program. I sent a message to nero support along with a copy of the error log 4 days ago, and have yet to get a response. My wife is under time constraints to get this project done. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
P.S. We have cleared all temp files using XP disc cleanup, and have a seagate 120 GB drive with over 100 GB free, so I don't think that is the problem.
