.001 to iso HELP!!!

I got call of duty finest hour but its in multiple file starting at .001 to .033. I need to get it into an iso file but dont know how. Please Help Me!

load up win rar, browse to the folder were the files are saved on your pc, hold down the control key on your keyboard and click all the files to select them then click the extract button in win rar

this happened to my gradius, so all i do is highlight all the files and make it into a winrar?, so then its an iso?? help me step by step im a total noob, id appreciate it :D

i made the iso just like devilhunt said then just burned it with dvd decrpyter. game works flawlessly. thanks again.
