I did a few searches and this topic but came up with nothing.
So I was wondering can you keep the menu in any form when re-authoring a movie with Shrink?

You have to stay in full disk mode if you want to keep the menus. Actually, if for some strange reason you use reauthor mode and you like the pretty menus, you can keep them, but they won't be functional.

You can use the still image feature if you would like to remove certain parts of the extras and save on space.

Yeah I've been using the still image option in full disc mode it helps alot.
