Hey I wanted to connect to Live, and my account is on my retail hard drive, so I took my 120 gig hdd out and put my retail back in. If I play a game, it works, but if I open the disc tray, I get the message Xbox Requires Service Please Call Xbox Customer Support. It can't load MS Dash. My modchip can't work right now because I broke the external switch. Could I be getting this message because the 120 gig hdd is still locked to the motherboard? And I can't unlock it right now because the chip isn't working.

PS - Does anyone have an extra Xecuter 2.x Lite switch or cable that connects the chip to the switch that they'd be willing to sell me? modchipman.com is out of stock and they don't know when they'll be gettin more in. Anyone know of any other stores that carries the switch besides baldbouncer (I'm in the US)

Xbox v1.0
Xecuter 2.6 CE
Western Digital 120GB HDD
Samsung DVD-ROM
EvoX
