i would just like 2 know cause when i copy a ps2 game put it in my ps2 (no chip but gettin one) it says its in the wrong format so i was just wondering what format they r in?

i have a dvd burner and i have nti dvd maker and DVD Decrypter ive burned with both these and thats what is says thats why i was wondering what format they r in? cause i dont know stuff all bout this stuff,but when u copy a ps2 game it changes the format so why cant u change it back befor burning?

when it says its not the right format, it means it couldn't find the copy protection things that are on an original. thats why you need a chip.

but dvd dycrypter says there is no copyright protection on the ps2 game.

yeah, the copy protection is bad sectors which you cannot reproduce.

Okay... I was just wondering... you dont NEED a fliptop if you have the magic gate disk but it just makes it quite a bit easier correct? and is there anywhere I can buy a magic gate disk without buying online?

is there absolutely any way to burn a ps2 game and get it working without having to take the ps2 apart or buy something. like a special way to burn it or. a special program.

is there a cd you can insert in the drive. not swap magic dvd! and then take it out and insert the burnt game.

no, you can do it with gameshark, but its not that simple.
