DVD-X-Copy Replacement?

Hi. I recently had to reformat my hard drive and lost DVD-X-Copy. I did back it up to a disc, but the disc is now, somehow, corrupted. On top of that, 321Studios.com has closed. Does anyone know of any software that can do what DVD-X-Copy can and did before the court ruling to stop selling the software with the ripper? (That is, I need it to rip and burn, and support splitting like DVD-X-COPY, not force compression/deletion of features.) How am I supposed to back up my movies now?

1) DVD Shrink & DVD Decrypter

2) DVD Shrink & Nero

3) DVD Shrink & CopyToDVD

4) AnyDVD & CloneDVD2

5) AnyDVD & Nero's Recode 2

6) DVD Decrypter & Nero's Recode 2

7) DVD Decrypter & CloneDVD2

8) DVD Decrypter & DVD Rebuilder & CCE Basic & Nero (or another burning app.)
