is it possible to burn more than 1 avi. on a dvd?

i was just wondering if it is possible to burn at least four avi's onto a dvd-r. if it is what software should i use and how? thankx.

Depending on their size. You can compress after prepping to burn. Nero does a good job, it has NVE3 for handling the files and it also compresses, though Recode2 is better for compressing. Read the guides they have at the Nero website.
