i was curious about this chip...im getting it tomorrow...i just wanted to know more about it...can I play dvd backups without booting using a gameshark or whatever? can anyone just give me a lil review on this chip..thanx a lot, Giancarlo

well i have version 4 ps2 so would i have to get magic 3.1 or do they have a magic 5 for my version as well...im checkin that site u gave me as I type this :P

It only works with ver. 5+. btw i have a magic 3.1 with a ver 7. Works great.
