on dvd shrink when i click on "backup" and then "select target image file" it shows several things like this, C:\Documents and Settings\Compaq_Owner\Desktop\WILLY_WONKA.ISO. i guess they are where i saved my movies to before burning(?) how do i get rid of these once i've burned the movie? and are they taking up much space while there?

you can open up that folder and delete from there

or

if you are using dvd decypter for the burn, you
can have it "delete iso image after the burn

there are three unchecked boxes in dvd decypter top
right hand corner one says "delete image after burn"
tick that box the files will go away when dvd decypter closes..................

this is my exp from using dvdshrink first, then using dvd decypter only.

when i open the folder (in dvd shrink) all i can do is highlight it, right click, and click delete but this doesn't remove it from the list. only from that box.
i don't see the "delete image after burn" in DVD Decrypter. do i have to have a dvd in to get that option?
i've tried searching my "files and folders" using key words like "wonka" and "iso" but nothing. very frustrating!

well my bad

you don't need to be using dvd decypter to fix this,
all you need to do is open up DVD Decypter from
your desktop then................

1.>>go to "tools" tab

2.>>click on settings tab

3.>>look towards the right for "ISO WRITE MODE"

4.>>click on it

5.>>look under "OPTIONS"

6.>>the first two boxes should be checked already

7.>> check the empty box that says "DELETE IMAGE WHEN DONE"

8.>>click "ok" your done with that setting

9.>>the next time you use dvdshrink and dvddecypter
when it's all done the file will be gone.


yes willy_wonka.ISO is where your files were saved before
