Burned games not working on chipped ps2!

Jus got a ps2 with a built in HD and chip. Have been burning ISO's (backups) but everytime i try and run them it says not original PS2 disk and wont run it, is my chip not working or am i missing something?

PS if i have a chipped ps2 do i need to use this swap magic?

Who put your chip in?

And no you dont need swapmagic with the chip.
