Problem with DVD43 - No Sound

This is my first post. I downloaded 1ClickDVDCopy 4.1 Trail version and DVD43 and copied one of my DVDs. The video quality seems quite good although I didn't play it all the way through because there is no sound on the copy and now when I try to play the orig DVD I get no sound. Have tried two other DVDs and the problem is the same. I also got an error message that one DVD had the wrong region code.

1. Has anyone else experienced this problem?
2. There is no apparent support provided at the DVD 43 website.

Would appreciate any guidance you have.
