I've got some major questions! Here's some of the backround info you'll need to answer them. I have a version 7 PS2. I'm going to use this swap disc, found at http://www.psxdepot.com/ps2slidecard.htm
My PS2 can play burned DVD + R movies.
I want to know this:

1. Is there really a limited amount of time I can play the game while I'm playing the burned games or does it just operate normally?

2. When I press and hold the eject button, won't it just eject normally?
2b. How does the swap disc make it eject differently?

3. Does the swap discs found at the above website actually work?
3b. Are they actually the latest thing for the PS2?

4. Will the swap discs found at the above website play DVD + R burned games? (NOT DVD - R)

5. Is there cheaper swap discs exactly like this one out there just waiting to be found on the web
5b. What are those website(s)?

6. How effective is the swap disc method?

Please put the number by your answer. Thankz!

6. i haven't had trouble with any game. you may want to get the fliptop instead of the slide card though. its much easier to use.

thankz but what I ment with the eject normally, it says that when I press and hold it with the swap disc in the tray in the ps2, that after a few seconds of holding the eject button, it will turn orange and eject for like 7 seconds. but does the swap disc tell the ps2 to wait before ejecting the tray or will it eject normally, without turning orange, thus, it not working?

thats only with the no solder mod. the fliptop or slide card and swap magic doesn't affect ejecting at all.
