Please help, I have got stuck...can't seem to be able to flash my mod chip..i'm new to this! have downloaded the dash board but apparently need to flas the mod chip...have tried several times. Where can I download Xecuter Flash bios or something similar.... have tried the link on other threads but it does not seem to work
