anyone havin a problem with MKD freezin at the main menu is this just my copy or is this some sort of protection

And on reply to that, you may not be able to get online with it anyways. Alot of people with a backup of this game DNAS patched and all have problems as it freezes on the connecting screen. A lot of reboot and swaps might help but there is a fix for the US version out already, a PAL fix is on the way. www.ps2ownz.com has a patch for the US version, but u have to sign up and wait 5 days till you can do anything on the site >.<

i just mean to play the game it wont even let me play it noramly just freezes at the main menu

so dnas i will do some looking on that one

mines used to freeze rigt at the begining with the MK logo and loading, using prodisc memorex. Fix used verbatim digital movie. Actually all games over 4gb gave me problems with memorex.

yeah i only use verbatim dvd-r discs now seeing as they seem to work the best

so then when you burned the game on the verbatim it worked fine for regular play if thats so i may just need to reburn it perhaps
