I realize this movie is gonna suck, but I'm determined to get this to work. Anyway, I tried to copy each file separately and I got the following error message in DVD Decrypter:

I 20:39:46 Decrypting VTS_01_4.VOB... (LBA: 1573203 - 2097468) - KEY: C0 00 00 00 01
W 21:30:35 Failed to read Sector 1963474 - CIRC Unrecovered Error
W 21:39:16 Failed to read Sector 1965228 - Unrecovered Read Error

I did finally get mine to work. I just ripped it like normal with shrink, and when I opened and played back the ripped files, the sound worked, so all was okay. Don't know why I received the error during analysis the first time, or why the sound wouldn't work when playing the movie through shrink, but the back up is working fine.

Sounds like you just got a bad pressed original DVD

I had to leave all the settings the same to burn Hero
with Shrink(3.2.0.15) did a full backup and Nero burned it fine,but you cannot copy it again from your
Harddrive without Pinnacle Instant copy.using your
VIDEO_TS IFO FILE
