Copying Copied DVD's

I try to copy a copied dvd with nero or easy cd/dvd creator but whenever the program is reading the dvd it reachs 99% then an error occurs. Also when I try to copy and past the files from cd to my computer it allows about half of the files to tranfer but then an error message pops up. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?

crap media for the copy.

Also, remove Nero and Roxio ... pick one and go with it.

If the source media is good, Nero's disc copy will do it.

Try re-ripping it with decrypter then burn it.
